Pricing is transparent and tailored to the engagement model. Fees may be contingency based, retainer based with milestone invoicing, or structured as monthly RPO or seasonal recruiting support.

No—candidates are never charged. Hidden Talent Solutions is engaged and compensated exclusively by hiring organizations.

Will Hidden Talent Solutions place candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, or full-time roles?

Hidden Talent Solutions supports direct hire placements with our clients. Some of our clients’ roles are full-time while others may be part-time. Many of our clients offer in office, hybrid or remote careers. We will always disclose this in our job postings and discuss with you during the interview process.
